Sharing the benefits of yoga ( for mind, body, and soul) has been a focus of mine for so long, and, due to cancer, I get to take one step forward and two steps back…but this idea of “curriculum and syllabus” has given me a new approach to commit to this heartfelt desire to share this healing and powerful thing! Thank you for reigniting the possibilities in me!!!

Yesss I love this! I’ve shared a few “history of tarot” videos with folks who are feeling uneasy about it (it carries a lot of religious stigma, despite originating as more of a secular game/practice). It would be great to learn about how various cultures view it throughout the world! Thanks for reading – and carry on following your curiosities. 🙂

I learned briefly about Stoicism years ago, but I’ve heard so much about it especially recently that it might be worth exploring! Thanks for the book recommendation, Eileen, and thank you for reading 🙂

Ooooh I love these! Why do I feel like it would be fun to find the connections between those two things? Like matching the influence of the greek gods to various functions of nutrients…It sounds like a short story I would read, haha! Thanks for reading 🙂

I’ve done some light mending but have never been quite adept at it, so that’s on my list too! I am so happy to hear you have more space to explore and follow your curiosities, Janet. Thank you for reading, and keep on learning! <3

It’s sooo hard to find the time! And I hear you on the focus part, I find so much fascinating that I don’t know where to begin. It sounds like you’ve been so mindful, though, of how what you’re learning is evolving alongside your life! That’s so inspiring, and I appreciate your insight. Thank you for reading, Hannah, and happy learning 🙂
