I had been using their sensitive skin Fresh Scent for over five years, was pretty happy with its light, pleasant fragrance. Cleanability was so-so. However, with my last order, everything changed: Fresh Scent has been changed to Crisp Breeze, which smells like TIDE PODS, which smell gaggingly AWFUL and the smell doesn’t leave, even after three washings!! And the clothes washed in it (Dropps) made my skin itch. Dropps has just lost a customer.

I find it hard to believe you included Drops on this list. The scented pods have added fragrance that is not plant based. This is toxic! I know because I just ordered an entire box of dishwashing powder and laundry pods. The smell is over for powering, and I am very sensitive to toxic fragrance. On a sidenote, they will not return the box, because the outside box was open! Not one of the inside boxes were open.This is ridiculous ! I call it green washing

It’s called Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), and it does create microplastics. The company claims that these are biodegradable, but this is only true in certain circumstances, and those circumstances are not likely to be happening in water treatment plants. The verdict is out. I love the way these work, but I don’t want to create another problem.
